What are your delivery prices?
Orders under $60 (AUD) are $8 (AUD) worldwide.
Orders over $60 (AUD) are free worldwide!
What are your delivery times?
We aim to deliver your order in within SEVEN days of receiving payment. Delivery to rural and remote areas may take longer and it is possible that your order may be delayed by other factors beyond our control.
We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date or time, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from late or delayed delivery.
If your order has not arrived after TEN days please email us at contact@starallergyalerts.com.au and we will look into it for you.
* A 'day' refers to a working day.
What shipping options do you offer?
All orders are couriered to your door and every order is tracked for free. We can ship to residential, rural, business or PO Box addresses. You can leave us special delivery instructions in the notes section during checkout.
Please note: Star Allergy Alerts is not responsible for any international customs or other charges at your country’s border.
Exchanges and Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from Star Allergy Alerts. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
If you have changed your mind, we may exchange or refund goods that are in a resaleable condition, i.e. unopened and unused. We are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used unless they are faulty (see policy below). If you would like to exchange your order, please contact us within ONE week of delivery.
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us within ONE week of delivery and we will happily rectify the problem.
If a return is approved, send the products in their original packaging within TWO weeks to:

We recommend that you return your package using signature-required courier. If you use general post your package will not be insured and we cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing. We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error.
